Key Job Elements:
o Support and work in the department as requiredo Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external supplierso Providing vacation coverage for Area Managerso Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)o Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hourso Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP complianceo Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performanceo Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacityo Filling in as needed with production dutieso Fully understanding workflow and daily production goalso Reviewing and updating SOP as requiredo Assisting in keeping work area clean and organizedo Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work areao Coaching associates to work safely at all timeso Participating in safety initiativeso Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
