Technical Manager - Analytics Group

Your Tasks  Provide overall leadership and guidance of department according to company guidelines within chemical analytics, physical analytics, online and general analytics areas. Plan, steer, and coordinate workflows. Participate in the development and implementation of the analytics technology strategy.  Manage daily oversight and performance responsibility for an Analytics area (Chemical, Physical, Online, or General) to ensure all standards and processes are met to site and global requirements  Support special quality, cost, and optimization projects as needed such as procurement cost savings initiatives, engineering materials testing, process development optimization projects ,operations support quality testing etc  Ensure department and group EHS compliance including ZAP and WSP participation, incident investigations and follow up, and PSM compliance. Participate in monthly EHSS Steering Committee meeting.  Ensure IMS and ISO compliance for the Analytics department including participation in audits as requested. Update documents as required in accordance with quality manuals and documented procedures.  Ensure global alignment with the corporate analytics groups and participate in site meetings.  Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department and group. Ensure proper transfer of best practices through alignment between all BD-P sites. Continuously improve analytics processes at CHA site in regard to quality, cost, and EHSS performance. Adapt analytics scope to changes in product complexity, regulatory requirements, and cost roadmap goals. Your Profile  Education: B.S. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics. or related degreerequired. Masters or higher degreepreferred  Minimum 7 years experience supervising a lab in a chemical plant required.  Background or experience in polysilicon chemistry and polysilicon technology, strongly preferred  Expertise in instrumental analysis, required.  Strong leadership, teamwork, organization, and group facilitation skills.  Pronounced ability to think analytically and work systematically  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Good interpersonal skills  Capable of professionally dealing with changing priorities and scope requirements. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
